Luckily, my glove box on the TH does not rattle. At least I have a fix if it does though
Mine didn’t rattle, but there was some play in it when I pushed on it so considered it a cheap fix!

For the record, I printed in pla+ and will probably get a set done in black nylon MJF now. Both hard materials that should never wear out from the bolt striking and grinding on them.

The grommets don't work by cushioning, they work by just pressing the door into the spring loaded plunger bumpers in the dash.

Though I'm curious about the possibility of tpu also. Maybe the hard grommets would still rattle if the vibration was extreme, and maybe rubber ones would still not no matter what?

But I've never even tried to push tpu through the bowden setup on my dinky little monoprice select mini 2.
Try Bambu labs TPU for AMS. It's a firmer tpu that might work for you. I used to put ninja flex top fed threw my ender 3 but it was high modded and went threw a bondtech LGX. Ill try and print some TPU ones with my X1C and see how they turn out.

No accounting for taste in their cancerous pop-up hell ridden site. Nice to have options though. 4Runner Lifestyle ones look a bit more polished. These look on par with what OP posted. Probably stole his file and started selling them. šŸ˜‚

hah that does look pretty close alright. It's allowed to copy & even sell it, but the cc-by-sa license means you are supposed to make the source available and credit the original author. A simple link to the github would satisfy both. I don't see anything like that but it's also such a simple little thing that eh whatever. I make no actual accusation. Maybe they made their own that just looks exactly the same. hehe

I actually have a nice k1c with it's multi spool thing and better nozzle all still new in boxes out in storage, meanwhile what I actually use is this $100 ebay monoprice that I modded beyond all reason & running klipper. Just because it's so small and fits on a shelf right near me. I would have to do some work to make a place to set up the k1c. I are the dumb.
