Maybe a link to the one you are thinking about would help. Most everything is made in China and stuff that is made in America usually only costs more, does not mean better quality per-say. When it comes to strapping something to my vehicle and putting my life and those around me in question, I...
I took mine to today to get my 10k service and the brake TSB. I told them I didn't need my tires rotated and I already changed my cabin and hybrid air filters. I expected this as they were already on the edge, they stripped a skid plate bolt a little more than it already was. Can barely get it...
Guess it was true.

If I did the math right, this table does indicate running them at 45 PSI is recommended at max load. Still seems high seeing how stiff they were at 38. I wonder what a chalk test at 45 would look like.
That is kind of the point to a chalk test. This ensures the right contact patch to the ground while also offering a less stiff ride.
If I were under load I'd go up in PSI. When warm they are running closer to 36.
Don't have a video of this, but maybe I can do it again in a couple of months. I used mine to clean out the fan in our master bedroom. It looked like that movie, Dante's Peak, after the volcano blew. Pro tip, have a vacuum ready.
I live in a cul-de-sac. Drove to the end of my driveway and chalked the front and rear driver side tire. Drove to the other end and checked the wear pattern of the chalk on the tire.
If the edges have more chalk than the center there is too little air. If the center has more chalk than the...
Started them at 35 and tried 38 as well before chalk. 38 was a bit too sensitive on small bumps so I snagged some chalk and dropped them back to 33 front and rear.
Looks pretty even to me. Going to see how it rides this week then go from there. Highest I'd probably go would be back up to 35...
This isn't exactly super scientific, but I think the gist is they must adjust the RPMs of the fan down even further with these "silent" settings. More so than just the 3 adjustments we already have with the button.
Level 3 on the button, "Normal" setting on Carista > ~59.8 dBA & ~73.4 F, coming...
I have been through these settings a few times and don't remember seeing this before but I could be incredibly wrong.
Silent is a stretch, but this does quiet it down a bit even on full blast.
