I back into my garage and have never had a noise problem when pulling out. But, if I did back out one day and I heard the noise, I'd personally buy the parts listed in the TSB and install them myself. My 4Runner will never go to a dealership for any work unless it's something major/expensive...
Check your tire pressure cold, check oil level after the engine has been off for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Once you verify both those good, take and enjoy your trip! Your 4Runner will be perfectly fine!!
