Thanks for this write-up. I did mine this week, nice upgrade. The next day I did my wife’s RAV4 Prime in about half the time even though it’s a slightly more difficult install.

I install the horns but i have them facing the opposite directions, the arch going outwards lol

Stickerfab sells two versions. One does not have the "sound diverter." They don't explain what that means, if it sounds different, or why the one without the diverter is less money. Anybody know the difference in sound?

Don't buy it from StickerFab. The guy dont actually sells the horn, but link you to a listing on Amazon where the seller is a random Toyota dealership StickerFab get small kickback from what you buy on Amazon after.

Get the horn directly from Toyota in Japan on eBay!! They're $50 with free shipping!

I missed that difference - thanks. I still don't know when or why I would want one vs. the other. It seems like the diverters would keep more of the sound under the hood vs. directing down to the ground.
