For what it is worth, I'm using the 6112/6100 setup, fronts set at 2.4", and a 1" Cornfed spacer in the rear. (The Westcott is nice but billet is way overkill for this part that you'll never be able to see. Cornfed is half the money and been in the game a long time.) I've got a drawer system in the rear with some weight in it and I'm sitting level. I'm on 285/70/17's but a 0 offset and I've got no clearance issues.

This is almost exactly what Bilstein is installing for me as we speak, but I'm running the Readylift 1" spacer in the rear. Happy it'll be level with a little weight in it.

5100 dedicated for 6Gen. Stock springs.
I would say its a bit firmer, more controlled, less body roll for sure which i love it, less nose dive under breaking, and the most important thing in my opinion you get more droop travel compared to any preloaded collar lift, less bouncy and more truck like ride... Very satisfied overall.
Level looks good, where did you end up on the front clip position? I'm going to guess #4? Thanks!
  • Position #1: Stock
  • Position #2: .55 inch
  • Position #3: 1.1 inch
  • Position #4: 1.65 inch
  • Position #5: 2.2 inch
  • Position #6: 2.75 inch

Lots of variables, there is no specific height limit because a lot of factors are involved, such as rim size, tire size, how you achieve the height etc

I just had my Bilstein 5100s (font and rear) put on as well. The rear is stock height and I went with the 1.1" lift on the front. I'm still seeing about a 0.5" to 0.7" difference between front and rear, so you are probably safe to go to the 1.6" setting on the fronts if you want very close to level with stock rears. I wanted to leave some rake and was afraid of going nose high, so opted for the lower 1.1" setting (position #3).

Tires are 285/70/17 on Method 305 17x8.5 +25 offset.

@romik- curious why they left your caster alignment in the red? Was it not possible to bring it back to green with the 2.2" of lift?

Apparently, I went to one of the best alignment shops in the city, and they mentioned that this was the best they could do. They said the alignment is within acceptable limits, although it's marginal. I wanted to see what alignment specs others are getting with the same or a similar setup.

Hey, so I see you removed your lift specs from the original post, but I wanted to confirm, this was clip #5 with a .8 spacer in the rear, correct?

I have my install scheduled for tomorrow and I am trying to decide if I want go with clip #5 and a .75 poly spacer, or clip#4 and no spacer. I am running 255/75r17, so close to the same diameter as your tire. Any issues so far at clip position 5, as far as drivability, alignment, tire wear etc.?

I didn’t want to edit the post, but I had to because my main focus was to get alignment specs and hear opinions from others with a similar setup. Unfortunately, the admins here like to change your notes in a way that generates more discussion and participation, as opposed to what I was actually trying to achieve with my post.

I even asked them to delete my post, but that never happened. After they make so many changes, the main idea gets lost.

And your statement about the front and rear height is correct. Everything is perfect, and I have no complaints.

I had mine installed yesterday. I decided to go with position 5 (2.2 in), and a .75 poly spacer on the rear coils. It is very close to level, and I am very happy with the results. If I was to do it again I might opt for a 1" spacer to give a little more rake, but it's not worth messing with right now.

Tires are 255/75r17 Firestone Destination XT, and I am very pleased with them too. C load, and only 41 pounds per tire.

And my alignment specs, in keeping with the OPs intent for the thread. Drives and tracks fine, steering feels a little lighter, but not loose or wandering.
