Did anyone’s 4Runner come standard with the “secret” flashlight lantern in dash cubby hole?

Just curious — did anyone’s vehicle come standard with the “secret” flashlight? When I took delivery of my Trailhunter back in July, one of the first things I did was to unscrew the round compartment on the drivers side dash, but no dice — just an empty compartment. I’m sure it’s an accessory you can buy at an outrageous price, but I just wanted to know if anyone got one included with their vehicle at delivery …

I haven’t seen someone who got it without requesting. 160 for the lantern or 45 for the multitool (I went with multitool)

SR5s do not come with those. Just a little empty cubby behind hard plastic.

I texted my dealer yesterday because the one I picked up on Friday didn't have anything and I didn't notice until I got home. I am not holding my breath since I already signed and they are 3 hours away, but we'll see. Actually seems like the multitool might be better. I already carry a much better flashlight in the console.

Hmm... I thought the lantern was included in THunter and PRO and optional for the rest of us.... And that is what I find on many web sites (and Gemini) but.... can't find that on Toyota site so maybe I'm imagining it.

The lantern wasn't standard in the TRP Pro.

My dealership guy didn't even know what it was! And after mentioned it he said he would check it out. I did my own research with other dealerships and they said no it doesn't come with it.

I suspect at the Port they might or might not add one depending on who's doing the prep!

Mine did not even come with the extra long trailer hitch pin, which it should have. so they had to order and ship it to me.

Sometimes I wonder if when new cars come into dealerships or the port if these items don't end up in someone's pocket for resale on eBay, but I digress with conspiracy thoughts.
