I like the look...but having a lady hit me in the driver front wheel well and on another occasion accidently rubbing some trim pulling into the garage...kind of glad I have the ugly gray unpainted fenders. Paint scratches off them with a fingernail and what didn't a little thinner took right off.
Well frankly the base Gen 6 blows away what you had before...but I agree this system was not primarily designed to save fuel. However it should get close to what is advertised. Based on what he is saying he will be more than pleased with the gas only turbo power and get the extra cargo...
Not a dumb question...it provides stabillty at highway speeds and when towing. Essentially it keeps your truck from feeling all floaty when traveling at high speeds.
Yeah...on it years ago on a motorcycle. Crashed not far from there near the dam the same year. Stopped riding after that. There are good riding roads all over those mountains...that one is just too popular. Heading over that way this weekend with the wife to do a little flyfishing and fun at...
It is definitely worse the colder the temps are. Folks that live in cold climates are going to notice it more often and for longer as the tranny fluid gets up to temp. I had a GMC Canyon that was the worst for this. Just putting it into gear when it was cold was a loud thud and then the gears...
I have jeans older than 25 years...your attempt to impress me falls short! Sorry you failed to thoroughly test drive a truck before purchasing. I would've thought with all your experience you could've figured that out!
Well if you really feel that way then maybe you have a bad transmission? Either that or you are used to driving a dual clutch or Porche tranny and have unrealistic expectations from a truck. There is nothing wrong with my transmission. Is it a smooth shifting as my old GTI? Nope...but it is...
Well sometimes it comes to that. I went in on a Friday only 1.5 hrs before they closed and was willing to walk if I did not get what I wanted...they gave me what I wanted after their usual dealership games...but they were light attempts...I could tell the did not want to be there all night!
Folks all if this is geography dependent. Folks in some states just have to pay more. I would not even have considered only $1500-$3000 off MSRP as a good deal. Your state and dealeship experiences will all vary.
I already had the Beat Sonic 3T3 booster, but finally did the Alpine Speaker upgrade for my NON-JBL SR5. Man what a different system it is now! Really pleased with the results. I am not an audiophile by any stretch. I adjusted my gains on my 3T3 by ear, because the 3T3 is taped down and in...
Yours is almost exactly like mine some different options but about the same total price. Mine was $ 48,112 and I paid almost $42600. Looks like the base price went up a little on the 2026. Those taxes and fees is what blows my mind! They are about 4x what we pay about NC. We only pay 3%...
