I’ve been waiting for ARB or another manufacturer to produce a line of accessories that fit the TH 3/4 rack. Unfortunately, I just don’t see a lot on the market. Also interested in mounting lights and I’m not sure how feasible that is on the 3/4 rack. So…looks like it’s time to start researching the full length racks.
Are there any issues with the full length racks you have run across?
Can I expect a significant hit to MPG? (The TH isn’t the best on mileage as is.)
How about wind noise?
Lo profile vs modular or basket?
Appreciate any insight you all may have. I find real world experiences are a good check on manufacture’s marketing claims. Tend to get the bad with the good.

I have the WCD lo-pro, yes, hit on mpg, and yes on wind noise if I have my sunroof open, otherwise it isn't too bad.

I have the Cali Raised, like the lighting options, minimal wind noise, slight hit to MPG, nothing like the hit I got moving to 10 ply tires though. Ha!

Anything you slap onto the outside of the vehicle will impact mpg. Going from 3/4 length to full length will be negligible. I wouldnt worry about that at all.

I have the full length Sherpa (no lights) and I haven’t noticed any wind noise except when my Yakima roof box is installed.

I track my fuel use on an app and the rack alone caused a 2.5 mpg drop.

Do not consider the WESTCOTT❗Mine vibrates violently at speeds > 60 MPH
Well that’s not good…lol. Have you spoken to Westcott? I see a lot of people going that route, or Prinsu/Sherpa.

I installed Westcott Designs lo profile on my 25 ORP and like it. I don't really know if there's a MPG hit. I removed the air damn underneath. But with how aerodynamic the scoop is w/o lights, I wouldn't think there's any impact. The lo profile allows me to park in my garage and next year I'll probably do a small lift and larger wheel/tires and still be able to get into my garage. I install Westcott rock sliders and using them as a step, its easy to get up high enough to put stuff on the rack. The rock sliders have done their job, I already have a nice dent :) in one.
As for wind noise, I assume its my Crosswing awning that is creating some noise, not the rack. I'm going to get new side mounting brackets from Kammock to lower the mounting and move it closer to the edge of the rack once I get the brackets delivered. This will lower the overall height preparing for the lift.
I did Baja Designs grill lights and fog lights and they have been enough light for my needs.

I installed the Prinsu Pro. The first thing I noticed was it was so quiet. Comparatively, the ARB 3/4 is a menace on the roof 😜. I chose the Prinsu Pro because of the way the channels are designed on the crossbars.

I also put on a Prinsu and love it. As lockwoodjd said, I was amazed at how quiet it is.

Those that say the full rack tanked the MPG a little bit seem to have had no rack in the first place? My buddy with a TH said his MPG got a little better going from 3/4 ARB to a full Westcott. I'm considering Prinsu. He also said it is quieter than the ARB one.
