Yea. I ordered a roof rack but they never ship them. Went through my cc for chargeback. They are a Chinese company but use fake US address & phone number on their website.

Wow, thanks for the heads up. I paid for my order with them via Paypal and have an expected delivery date of June 10th. Hopefully everything arrives.

Curious if you ever got your order?? I ordered something else from them, a week ago, and there is still no shipping info. I'm glad I used Amex, as I am about to file a claim that this business is bogus!

I received 2 items from my order. I had to email them to inquire about the status of the A-pillar handle, and they responded.
It's on backorder until September, so I opted to wait for it to ship, and they're refunding me $10 for the inconvenience.
