I can't compare to a 5th gen, but compared to the BOSE system in Mazda's, the JBL sounds more like a standard audio system. Toyota seems to have missed the mark with this one.
I received 2 items from my order. I had to email them to inquire about the status of the A-pillar handle, and they responded.
It's on backorder until September, so I opted to wait for it to ship, and they're refunding me $10 for the inconvenience.
I'm surprised TBH. I haven't done anything that steep with my TH but it looks like Toyota designed the stock exhaust with departure angle in mind. Thanks for confirming!
I thought that may have been a typo in the manual. I was thinking that it was supposed to read as 5.9 pints, not quarts. Almost 6 qts in a Toyota rear diff is pretty insane!
This seems to be "fixing" an issue that doesn't exist. When I look at my Trailhunter, it looks like the spare tire is more likely to touch the ground than the tailpipe. Has anyone actually scraped the factory tailpipe while offroading?
Well, there's fact and opinion.
Fact: PPF will protect the clearcoat against rock chips, scratches, and UV damage.

Improper wash techniques and neglect generally lead to the swirls and marring you see on vehicle paint. Most modern vehicles, including Toyota, have thin paint so proper car is necessary to keep it looking it's best.
If you're concerned about rock chips and scratches, PPF is the way to go.

I ordered the Lexland A-pillar grab handle that's made specifically for the 4Runner. It should arrive by this weekend and I hope to get it installed either this weekend or next weekend.

Except, that isn't the argument. Sxth element markets the catch can to eliminate oil buildup in the intake tract. Reading is fundamental and many of the commenters in this post seem to have glossed over that.
" Our system filters out the oily blowby recycled thru the turbocharger/intercooler...
I've noticed this in my Trailhunter as well. My assumption is that the computer does this to allow time for the oil to warm up so it's safer on the turbo. I'm curious how Toyota achieved this, since turbos are exhaust driven. My guess is that there is a restrictor plate that's allowing the...
