Any Aftermarket Passenger A Pillar Grab Handles Yet?

I got a feeling there ain't gonna be a decent handle on driver side, it
requires structural metal reinforcements to bolt a grab handle

Desperately seeking a passenger side A-pillar grab handle. I saw someone fitted a paracord handle but still waiting for a factory looking plastic one. Wife needs an actual handle instead of the little rock climber fingertip exerciser that Toyota installed.

Do you have some handy man skills? I can easily guide u thru the process to replace that if you don’t care about OEM looks or clean look

My wife too has mobility issues and that redisigned (&useless) grab handle is forcing her IMO to dangerlessly climb into the vehicle. Unlike the previous poster, I miss having a grab handle like in the 5G on the driver’s side - I have some back issues that a handle would alleviate.

It is super simple if you don’t care about OEM or cosmetic looks. Oh hell in fact you can get any playground handle bar mount to that point with simple as 10 mins.

Pop off the cover, unbolt the old, and bolt in something else? I have not looked but that would be my guess. Why don't you just post the instructions? Depending on ones' skills it could probably be made pretty nice looking, but as you suggest you could use most anything if you do not care about that.
