  1. Can I Add an OEM Third Row to My 2026 4Runner SR5

OP, I’m sort of in the same spot as you, but in reverse. I was forced to take three rows in my Limited ( only way they came in Canada), but only wanted two. If I knew I could convert mine to two rows without killing my bank account, I’d do it. Taking the seats out, would be no problem, but...
  2. Grab Handle for drivers A pilar? Any mods?

Nice job. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Have you by any chance investigated if the same can be achieved for the passenger side?
  3. The Tumble Band

And yet Toyota gives me the ability to fold them down for cargo use and then like all 5 passenger trims the second row. We (Canadians) were forced to accept the Limiteds only as 7 passengers and with the price tag they couldn’t include two $5 straps. Unbelievable.
  4. The Tumble Band

When I first read a previous post covering the tumble straps I thought what a great feature. Then I went to try it myself and found no straps in the designated location. Is my Limited missing this feature? Was I ripped off and thus need to speak with my dealership? Anyone know?
  5. Uinta Overnight Camping Trip

Though I am not an off-roader per se, that is rock crawling does not appeal to me, but that kind of overland (backroads) does. Looked like a great time. Can I ask, what dash cam were you using, brand and model, and more importantly what type (again make and model) of mount were you using that...
  6. 14" screen dash mount for accessories

    ā€clearlyā€œ -darn autofill.
  7. 14" screen dash mount for accessories

Odd- the description says this tray is only for vehicles equipped with the 14ā€ screen, but the images clearing show the 8ā€ screen. Or am I interpreting them incorrectly?
  8. What Was Your Father's Old Car?

Through most of my childhood, up to early teens, he drove a ā€˜67 Barracuda Fastback. It had Plymouth’s 6 cylinder unfortunately but one day it was stolen from where it t was parked behind his office. His office was a short walk from our house and he rarely took the car-go figure. First thing he...
  9. Are you gutsy enough ? Back window switch reversal

    I’m with Not Applicable.
  10. Cargo Mat / Liner for full coverage - SR5 7-seater 99.999% down

That looks great. I was forced, so to speak, to take the Toyota version upon vehicle delivery. It covers the folded 3rd row to the tailgate but like the Lastfit has open seams to allow raising the 3rd row. I too have a 7 seater, again not by choice- in Canada the Limited only comes as a 7...
  11. Poll - How do you use your 4R?

I had my 5G for 16 years. Never let me down. Big enough to handle most of my requirements and small enough to get me into some tight spots. Love the styling, features and capabilities. my daily driver, will spend 90% on the highway and wheeling around cities, when I get to them.
  12. Do you use your Sunroof / Moonroof?

My 5G SR5 had one and I used it quite often during warm spring and fall days, and in summers at night only as it’s too hot during the daylight hours. However, only when the wife was not in the vehicle- it apparently messed her hair too much-ā€œI don’t like eating my hairā€ she’d say. it never...
  13. Quick Poll, Is Red too ricer....

    Red for the win.
  14. Dalmatian Edition

    Looks grea!!
  15. Any Aftermarket Passenger A Pillar Grab Handles Yet?

My wife too has mobility issues and that redisigned (&useless) grab handle is forcing her IMO to dangerlessly climb into the vehicle. Unlike the previous poster, I miss having a grab handle like in the 5G on the driver’s side - I have some back issues that a handle would alleviate.
  16. Passenger Side Grab Rail on 2026?

As the owner of a 2026, I can confirm the 127.0.0.1 response.
  17. Any Aftermarket Passenger A Pillar Grab Handles Yet?

We (wife and I) were just talking about that useless redesigned grab handle on the passenger side, and lack of same for the driver. What designer thought that was a good idea? I sure hope Toyota or someone in the aftermarket is working on a soon to be released mod.
