Do you have a vibration in your 4R? Dealer having issues diagnosing? (Blaming tires?)

Nah, don't thing so. Been working cars a long time. Maybe it threw a wheel weight and will have it checked.

But gotta to ask how so do you think it's me without offering any comment based on fact?
You offer only subjective information about feelings. Come up with a way of making objective measurements that eliminate the possibility that it's just you.

What's a good way to make objective measurements that allows others to confirm whether or not they also have the issue?

Having the same issue in my 2025 4runner limited

Vibrations at 75 mph

Balanced twice at discount tire

Gonna go try a alignment and see if that helps

This sounds really frustrating. So far I’ve spent many hours at 75+ and have yet to get any unusual vibrations on either the stock tires or the Terra Grapplers I had installed.

I hope Toyota gets it figured out for OP and others!

I suggest everyone having wheel vibration issues to file a complaint with the NHTSA. Here is the link:
https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem
I don’t have any vibration. I’m in a TRD Pro. On E rated tires and a Westcott preload collar lift and my tires were never Road force balanced. Maybe it’s the rims folks are picking. Avoid lug centric!

No vibration issues here. A 2500 mile road trip in Oct with speed ranging 15mph to 85mph with cargo box on roof rack. No vibration issues.

Reporting this issue is useless unless there's a way to make objective measurements.

My issues were on OEM rims, as are all others I and wife test drove at dealers. And also most others saying there's a vibration issue.

One doesn't change rims without vibration and go "oh, now there's a vibration, it's gotta be the 4R, derp!"

Wrong. Diminishing what others experienced 1st hand, in their own and other trims, just because you don't, in a test field of 1 (yours) is problematic at best, gaslighting at worst.

Reporting it is tracking vin numbers and going back through the supply chain identifying changes and suppliers at the time the vehicle was assembled.

The more people that do report it are more chances at identifying it.

As the OP, they did not. I no longer have the vehicle. I took a loss trading it in on a car that was NOT A TOYOTA, it was that bad. Little help from Toyota sealed the deal, no longer will buy a Toyota.

Again, my wife was getting sick from the vibration the dealer later acknowledged continued after their multiple failed attempts and kicked the can up to Corporate.

I didn't have the time to lemon law it because of a self inflicted time crunch (retirement snow bird) of leaving the region/state it was bought in. I would have had to have remained in Mass to do it for at least 90+ days.

If it can't be measured and quantified (level of vibration), then how can the issue be identified and tracked?

I want to give a update on my vibration situation. Whenever I got new tires, The balanced the tire incorrectly.

I then went to a different discount tire, and the rep said all four tires were out of balance because whenever you balance Toyota's there's a special cone that they have to use on the Hunter road force balance machine.

After a second rebalancing the vibrations have gone away.

Personally I learned that it's always better to have the dealers service to vehicle because a lot of service providers that service everything besides Toyotas sometimes don't know these little things. Even if the cost is paying more it's better to get it right the first time.
