It’s not the OEM look If you’re putting OEM TRD Pro wheels on a TRD Off Road.

My 265/70/R18 with a +20 Offset is still under my 4Runner. I moved to 285/70/R18 with a +18 Offset.

In my opinion based on what you said it can’t be that big of an issue if you’re not going to the dealership or you’ve gotta think about it. It’s not a big deal. Secondly. Toyota have replaced the wipers and I believe the motor on a few folks.
