As a person in finance, I would even go a step further and say the depreciation does not matter as it stays the same whether you pay cash or finance it; you lose the same amount each year under either scenario. Your cash investment is making you 10%, the car is costing 4.75%, you net 5.25%...
Whatever you do, do not pay cash for a depreciating asset. Not a smart move. Invest that money is the S&P 500, gain 10% to 15% (on average) on that money and pay the 5% to finance the vehicle. You net 5% to 10% on your money, if not more with compounding interest.
This is spot on and hilarious
My biggest peeves are the no grab handles for driver and passenger (that bullshit is NOT a grab handle, it's an insult to people with thumbs
Currently going through this issue with my 2025 TRD PRO. Aligment was done, currently at the dealership again for RF balancing. I suspect that will help a bit but not fix the issue with everything I have read. 2.3K miles on her.
I was at the dealer today and saw a Sequoia TRD PRO (bad ass btw) and noticed the rims have a stamp in them that say "PRO". Should my TRD PRO 4runner have that? Because they do not.
Tro pro iForcemax getting 16 to 17 mpg after 700 miles. It is supposed to do 23 city and 24 highway. The wife and I do mostly highway and do not have a heavy foot. This is the first vehicle we have had this issue with, so please tell me it gets better.
