Anyone have luck reaching out to ARK

I recently purchased a full front/rear set of ARK splash guards. Upon opening the package I realized a large portion of the mounting hardware was missing. Since then I've sent them multiple messages via their "contact us" tab on the website, multiple voicemails, and even replies to the original purchase order confirmation email. No luck.

I know they recently experienced some significant devastating power issues in their facility which ultimately forced their quick move to a new spot. But since the move completed they have been back in business and shipping out product.

Anyways, here I am still trying to reach out to them and am hoping someone on here might have an inside track to their team. I'm not looking for any special access. But if someone can ask them to please respond to my requests then I'd be very grateful!

No luck. My experience with Ark was terrible, the product was terrible and their support even worse. My opinion to avoid buying from them.

I've had the complete opposite experience. Jason reached out to me for a call and subsequent texts, and even sent me a custom set at no additional charge. I think their product is really great and has protected my Pro very well.

Honestly I think the product is pretty sweet. Much better coverage of the frame gap which I think will limit the depositing of salty sand on top of the frame when we take it on the beach. I've just been frustrated over the lack of ability to contact them for the missing hardware. But Jason said he will make it right and I already received tracking info today. Hopefully it arrives quickly and I can finish the install before we do some traveling for Thanksgiving.

Hello, does anyone have any experience using their micro flares with a TRD off-road using a +20 offset will.

I have stock fender flares and my wheels poke just a bit out enough to give me water splash pretty much Everywhere.. thanks in advance

I'm thinking from the photos the standard micro flares will be fine, but I see they offer a Pro micro flare as well and would like to know if anyone has used those for that extra offset protection. Thanks in

there are a bunch of threads discussing this but the micro flares don’t do much besides look good. They’re too short to prevent any type of spray or mud from getting on the doors. Most choose the mid flaps or if you have wider offset, the full mud flaps.

I bought the full length flaps and realized they're quite a bit longer than the OEMs, so I ordered the Mids. Had no issue emailing them to request a return -- Jason responded within a day with a pre-paid return label.
