I don't understand how it can be made silent. Does is just limit the airflow to low and very low? I mean it already has a low/medium/high. Extra low and extra extra low?

He has a very detailed thread on his installation experience and can likely give you good info https://www.4runner6g.com/forum/threads/ome-mt64-old-man-emu-suspension-w-uca-part-2135k-timbren-active-off-road-bumpstops-installation-review-by-van-solo.9794/
Delaware requires light covers on any non-OEM aux lights installed above the bumper. You'll never be pulled over for missing them but you will get popped at the DMV during inspection if they are missing. My wife's 2001 TJ has Hella spots on her hood hinges and we keep the covers in the garage...
Have you been rotating your tires? Are the rears just as bad after rotating or just the fronts and only since they aligned it for you? If the rears are still wearing evenly, you could make a case that they messed up the alignment. Perhaps ask them to print out the alignment results for you so...
Same - Harbor Freight rack is cheap and lightweight. You can use it directly or put a Kuat swing-away in between so that you can still access the storage in back without having to unload the rack.
We have air at our beach crossings too and they also get a line waiting. The issue we have learned is that there is often water in the hoses and folks have ended up with enough water in their tires that they needed to remove the tires to empty them back out. Frustrating but the air is free at...
I get what you're saying. And space in these 6th Gens are at an even higher premium. But the portability was nice.
I guess I didn't really answer the OP's questions, but I like portability over permanent mounting. Gives me the option of taking it out and moving from vehicle to storage and...
Where does everyone stand on CO2 tanks? Long ago in a Jeep galaxy far far away I had purchased a 20# PowerTank system from 4x4 Group Buy. It pulled double duty as the source to run my impact gun as well as airing back up after a day of rockcrawling. Plus it was easy to reset beads on tires...
The landlord at the building I work in upped their heat pump filters to MERV 13 when reopening after Covid to try and ease some folks' stress and all it did was cause them to freeze up due to reducing airflow. Seems like that situation could translate to automobiles. Meaning any decrease of...
Update: We put the cooler in the back and plugged it into the solar panel about a 3 weeks ago. Kept it in there through a weekend of camping where it got lots of open/close for drinks and two weeks of my wife on jury duty and she kept her lunch and cold water in there too. Finally pulled it...
I get this...and sometimes have to follow these steps when it's connected to my wife's phone instead of mine. But for some reason when I remote start the vehicle this option doesn't work.
