Ahhh, that's right. I've tried to reach out to Jason and haven't heard back from him either. Must still be underwater. Mid's will be good! I might order a pair for the rear today as well. Have a good one!
You're welcome. Definitely try them out. I think ARK makes a great product and they seem to just blend into the truck, so they're not all that noticeable. Here's a couple of pics. Sorry they're so dirty!
Hey Chris. Just wanted to jump in here re: the ARK Mud Flaps. I have a Pro and without any flaps, the front tires kick back a ton of water, debris, etc. I have the mid's on the front now and I am thinking about maybe changing them to the next size up. I still get a significant amount of...
Sorry for the late reply. I think ARK had some issues with its facility and it's been taking them awhile to get back. Hopefully they're past it all and Jason will get back to ya. He seemed like a good guy and was just a bit overwhelmed getting the company up and running. That said, I really...
As as an FYI and from pervious posts in this thread, it is not an automatic thing. You just select which mirror you want to tilt down by pushing the corresponding mirror button, and then it tilts. If you don't want it, you just don't select it. So, no bonkers for you.
Iām not sure if itās a model specific function, but on the Pro, all you do is make sure the mirror is selected, (i.e. if youāve pushed the right or left mirror). Then when you put it in reverse, that mirror tilts down automatically. Hope that makes sense! Does anyone have any other information...
Hey Zach. Nice to meet another Zach with the "H". I believe all models of 4Runner have the start/stop. It's just more noticeable on the gas models, as the hybrid models integrate it a bit differently because of the hybrid drivetrain. I have a Pro and there is no way to turn off the...
Lots of assumptions based on not knowing me, not knowing the dealer I go to and not knowing the transaction. But hey, what do I know. Definitely not that dealers are independent... Now that you saw Justin respond, hopefully there will be some clarity for you. šš¼š
Well, it seems you're the expert on it. You do you, and I'll take what I have in writing and the transaction I made. I don't remember seeing you there, but maybe I missed ya.
HVLA, maybe they arenāt by you, so Iād be careful about the generalization nationwide. My dealership partners with a local person, they installed it and I paid the dealership. If you have any questions, happy to answer.
Iāve had it for just about a year and got very used to the way that it drives. I guess the onboard computer learns your driving style and adjusts things accordingly. After I got the flash with the OTT, it drove like a completely different truck and I just wasnāt used to it. Then I took a 2000...
From my understanding, it is customizable to a certain extent. I just went with their normal settings and have the ability to adjust in the future. As for MPG, supposedly it allows everything to operate more efficiently and should improve them a bit. Iām not sure yet, but will report back!
I just did the OTT tune on my TRDPro. Wow, the difference is crazy. I didn't like it at first, but now I'm into it. I'm going to do a bit of a write up in the next day or so about it. The net net is it's a lot faster, shifts way better and seems smoother.
