I recently purchased a full front/rear set of ARK splash guards. Upon opening the package I realized a large portion of the mounting hardware was missing. Since then I've sent them multiple messages via their "contact us" tab on the website, multiple voicemails, and even replies to the original purchase order confirmation email. No luck.
I know they recently experienced some significant devastating power issues in their facility which ultimately forced their quick move to a new spot. But since the move completed they have been back in business and shipping out product.
Anyways, here I am still trying to reach out to them and am hoping someone on here might have an inside track to their team. I'm not looking for any special access. But if someone can ask them to please respond to my requests then I'd be very grateful!
