Really? I ordered mine today:

Check other dealers in your area to see if they have a baked in discount already.

But this equates to 26% off or so for me.

I was hoping for the 20% extra it’s only 10%

Different dealers may offer different discount. Try shopping from different dealers or search for discount toyota parts or wholesale toyota parts and try the dealers that show up in the search. You can also wait for July 4th and see what parts discount Toyota will offer on top of dealer discount. They usually have an additional % off parts during major holidays.

Just picked it up. Only drove a few miles so far so don’t have a lot of insight yet but here’s some quick pics. It def rides better than stock, but it’s definitely still truck-like. Tires are 285/70r17

Note: in these pics the old suspension is in the back and it's heavy AF, so def compressing the rear. Will take new pics by this weekend

So the Eternal question! Will Toyota sell this kit as a standalone to a customer like myself.?
I do all my own wrenching!

You'll need to do an alignment as well as set adaptations for the headlights, safety sensors, and wheel size.

Yeah always alignment whenever changing anything with suspension. I had mine done but I need to find out if I can adjust the safety sensors myself. And as far as I know there's no way to adjust for wheel/tire size on these trucks. Anyone know for certain? My 285/70/17s are roughly same diameter as the stock tires but my speedo is 5% fast when at 60mph.

Per the install guide, they were supposed to do it at the shop: https://www.tacoma4g.com/forum/atta...n-lift-kit-2024-tacoma-t-ai-1655-d-pdf.47360/

Yeah but I didn't have it installed at toyota dealer. They wanted $3k in labor. I Paid $900 at a reputable offroad shop. This seems like something that needs to happen at toyota. 4R install guide is in this thread above from Ed Martin Toyota.

EDIT: Oh you're saying adjust the lift for tire size. I was thinking like Odometer for some reason...

Here's the adjustment table for ORP. Note that there's a different table for each trim based on original tire size.

Looks like total lift with my 285/70r17s is 2.8". I will say this looks and feels much higher than 2.5"...

Weird it say 265/70r18 is 2.7 lift. Curious how high the front and rear end are based on wheel wells. Is it's really over 2.5 or is part of that because stock tires are already higher by that amount.
