it's just a fender flare and it won't be your last scratch. there is no product that can buff out scratches on plastic. Your better off finding a used set on marketplace or here for cheap and replace as necessary. I know the OEM ones aren't cheap as they should be.
Shop around other dealers. Your not glued to that specific one. I'm sure other have SR5's available and I'm sure you can do better than $1500 off. You should be able to get closer to $2500 or more from a in stock unit for a SR5.
you should be fine. I think the WC is a 2.5" front lift? I'd also suggest a small rear lift. From all the photos I see of the WC; the front end looks to be ever so slightly higher than the rear. Or is it just me?
their maintenance plans aren't that much cheaper than if you were to pay for each visit. Plus it doesn't make any sense if your financing; your basically paying interest on your plan and after 60+ months you actually end up paying more with interest than you would if you were to pay for each...
It's a common complaint. Even going to 17's won't make it much more smoother. Suggest getting new shocks and struts. I plan on going with the Fox 2.0 later this year.
$2700 in labor? That is insane, even for a dealer. I mean they don't earn the name stealerships for no reason. I wonder how much of that the service advisor is getting in commission. Takes that 10% off to make you think your getting a good deal. Any independent shop can do it for half the amount...
correct. if you don't install a sensors on your winter set you will see the light. there is no way to turn it off as it's a government mandate safety feature. you can buy a set for $120 so they aren't that expensive and can easily self program.
Don't do it. Most of it all people who have the ORP complain on how stiff the suspension is. I'm one of them. I'm sure the SR5 is more comfortable. What's your reason is changing? Just because it's Bilstein or on a higher trim doesn't necessarily make it better. If your mainly daily driving and...
They are more but that varies by trim since you really can't compare trim to trim. 4Runners are bigger, they require more metal, materials, parts, likely long times to build, more labor hours, and a longer transport time. Tacomas being built in Mexican are being built by people making less than...
what kit did you get?
Are you asking offroad shops? Because that's what they do and I never heard o them turning down work. A few are.
Desert Rat
Doetsch Offroad
These are the ones I plan on getting once their on sale again. They are just to expensive for what they are at full retail price. I could get a set of aftermarket rock sliders for what Toyota wants. They stronger than the plastic ones, and don't stick out as far. A good strong low profile set.
