@DangItsDen where did you buy the kit from?

It looks like Olathe has the kit available for a good price, even with shipping.
Got mine during Memorial Day sale from a local dealer for $2380. Didn’t have to pay shipping so it ended up being a really good deal

So they are 4600/5100 based shocks.

Still seems like a good deal with the other upgrades and you can always replace them with something like 6100 or bigger with the same lift amount lift after these wear out. Very interested to hear how they feel compared to stock.

Note that the video is for a Sport.
I believe (based on similar info for Tacoma version as detailed on the parts table on page 2, and note under step 3 on page 6 in TRD Lift Kit installation guide (24 Taco) that the drive shaft/axel is NOT replaced for Off-Road trims. This is consistent with information I've seen elsewhere on the Off-road trims (maybe HV Limited & Platinum) having the larger axels stock.
The longer tie rod and beefier lower knuckle appear to be in every kit variation for Tacoma, however. I suspect this is also true for 4runner version.

@DengitsDan: Can you confirm my hypothesis? If I'm right, you won't have a PN for the axel but you might for the knuckle per question above.
Can't wait to hear about the install and see the end result. Thanks for sharing the pics of the parts.

The first video say axels and that was ORP. There appear to only be two part numbers one for hybrid and and the gas. Now if the hybrid don't need or include axles and are same price that a rip off.

There does appear to be like 8 for Tacoma and the ones that don't have axels are less expensive.

Hopefully we get an answer. I hate how much detective work it takes ok this 😂

I wonder if the Hybrid trims get the axels, and not necessarily the gas-only OR trims.

Due to the torque differences in electric vs gas.

All very good points. Especially the last one 😂
And I think CO/ZA might be right that OR ICE vs Hybrid might be difference in axels - but that does not explain the similarity in price (that drive shaft/axel must be one of the priciest items).
@DangItsDen - if you are able to answer the PN question re: axel and knuckle, remind us if you have hybrid or non ORP. thanks

on the left: right hand front drive shaft assembly 43410-60190 which is marked as an EXACT FIT for a 2025 ORP Hybrid. when i change the vehicle to a non-hybrid it still says EXACT FIT.

on the right: right hand front drive shaft assembly 43410-AK020 which "may not fit" the 2025 ORP Hybrid. when i change the vehicle to a 2024 tacoma, it is an EXACT FIT. this is the part from the photo above.

still just anecdotes here but they look pretty dang similar to me based on the exploded view.
