Both my wife and I have 2025 TRD ORP. Same tires, same PSI. Her’s drives a little less jittery/bumpy than mine and her’s is a few months newer. Does anyone know if Toyota has already tweaked the suspension at all?

the only change you will probably see would be different bushings, major parts would not be changed.

Mine seemed to soften up noticeably in the first part of the stroke after taking it off-road on some mild trails. Just enough to get the suspension cycling more than you'd experience in daily driving mode on the road. Might be worth finding an empty parking lot and just rolling over some parking blocks or curbs if you don't have any off-road options near you.
