What a beautiful 4Runner

Did you go for a PPF wrap? I did mine; sides to the door windows, front, and partial hood. It was expensive but it has saved mine from scratches from the trails I've been on. I think it was worth it.

Yes, off-road pin striping is a real thing, so the entire truck is wrapped in Xpel PPF and coated with Xpel ceramic coating. Coating was thrown in for free by my detailer and Xpel only warranties their film if you use their coating.

The Squadron lights add about 1/3” with their covers on.

On a plus note, I’m told that the moonroof will still clear to open, but I haven’t had the courage to try it yet.

Opens just fine. Tilt goes between bars and the fully open the glass goes under roof not over.

They claim its 1.75 I can tell you that the rack is lower than the top of the shark fin antenna. So if you can get it with the antenna you can with the roof rack. Now adding any lights to that can make it taller depending on the light bar

I got my truck delivered a few months ago, and at first I was only planning to put a little bigger rubber on it and call it a day. But as usual, and partly because all you here are a terrible/awesome influence, things quickly escalated to a full build. Keep in mind that this is my first ever Toyota of any kind so the learning curve was very steep, and so in addition to all the info on tis forum I reached out to Wescott Designs to guide me. My wife an I were going to spend the Month of May in Sedona AZ anyway so I shipped my truck to them in Phoenix ahead of time and picked it up last week when I landed, so the timing and logistics fell perfectly in place.

The vision for the truck was to strike a balance between high off road capability but also to be able to be used as a daily driver, so I didn't want to go overboard with suspension mods. Driving it both and off road for the last week I think we hit the sweet spot of the compromise, so I'm super happy with it. I also wanted to do something a little different given that the truck is black so I had them paint all the accessories (except rock sliders) gloss black, which helps my ocd. I especially like the Rago bumper because it looks as if it could be OEM to me. Thanks to @papadop88 for that inspiration and also for helping me figure a couple of other things out.

Here's the list of mods (wrap and tires were done before I sent it to WD):

I think I'm done messing with it for now, the only other thing I might do in the near future is get some aftermarket 0 offset 18s to get rid of the spacers.

Eyeballing it from memory they're about the same height, but a quick call to Wescott (I dealt with Tyler) will give you a definitive answer.

The height of the Low Pro Rack is 1.75" or slightly lower than the aero antenna fin on the roof.

That is an exceptional looking PRO and I think your focus on maintaining off-road capability was very smart. I’m using a lot of Mr. Westcott’s products as well, and have found their quality and functionality to be very good as I fall into that rabbit hole of “builds” for my TH…lol. When you mentioned trimming the lower edge of the front bumper to ensure clearance, are you referring to the bottom edge of the wheel well where the liner is normally pinned.

Only needed because of more aggressive offset. Not needed if keeping stock offset even with 285/70/18 tires.
