I tried searching and couldn't really find any useful solutions. Yes, already checked tire pressure. I hate to say it but it just rides like crap on bumpy roads. Even my wife who has a 23 TRD ORP and is a huge 4runner fangirl thinks the ride kind of sucks. Anyone have suggestions for aftermarket suspension parts to improve the ride quality?

I feel the same about mine...it's bumming me out. I drove a hybrid OR and it seemed to be quite a bit more refined (maybe because of the battery weight?), but my gas model is super jittery/unstable on bumpy roads...which are plentiful here in CO. I understand it's an off-road/body on frame vehicle, but for the price tag...it just feels like it should be able to handle itself better. Sorry I don't have input on how to improve...

I have the Hybrid with C ply Tires 285/70/R17 and found at first at 45psi was ruff, however after setting the pressure to 35PSI I really enjoy the ride.

I posted this elsewhere but I wonder if anyone has tried removing one of both of their sway bars to see if there is a drastic improvement in ride quality. My feeling is the stock suspension is already quite stiff and so would resist any excessive body roll.

Which tires did your ORP come with? I have the Falkens with the TRD rims and set at 33 psi. I really like the ride, firm but not jarring.

I'm on toyo AT3 (ditched the factory tires because they are specifically trimmed the tread block and not actually 3 peak) and accidentally got E range instead of C range and run at 35 PSI. Still a little firm and was hoping to check out load range C to see if that helped in the future. I agree it's stiff, however, on braking the nose dive is still pretty significant - like the bilstien shocks need better tuning for the ORP

Mine came with the Falkens and the standard black/silver wheels, also at 33 PSI.

My TRD Sport rides like a chuck wagon and is jarring on even the slightest bumpy roads. Very disappointing ride. I plan on 18" wheels and C load rated tires. There has to be somebody that is looking at suspension parts on this issue.

Someone in the land cruiser forums said their 1958 softened up after around 7500 miles. I wonder if there is any truth to that.

I have an SR5 with 17” wheels and yoko tires that have good review for comfort and it still rides very rough. I think it’s just the nature of the new platform and boxed steel frame

Maybe it's all in comparison. I came from a Tacoma and the ride in the 6gen is way better. Recently did a 2600 mile round trip and it was a breeze I thought the ride was great compared to the Taco.

can confirm I have the same issue, is there a simple spring swap we can do to fix the jittery ride for OR non-hybrids?

I rented a 2025 Tacoma TRD OR and it was not as jittery. Neither was the 5th gen 4runner.
