Interesting and that makes sense to me. I wonder if foam can be placed behind it or in the groove, or on the connecting parts of the door card.@horbit I'm stealing your picture to show where I'm 99% sure the sound it coming from. I believe the door card sits into this groove and the rattle is coming from the bass causing the door card to bump up against this groove. I'm going to try placing some foam into this groove and see if it stops it for good.
If anyone tries this sooner I'd love to see the results as I'm not sure when I'll have the opportunity to try it myself.

I would say that when I first got the car and heard the rattles, I would press my forearm against the upper portion of the door card and some of the rattles went away.
I would say any sound deadening to the front doors in this way are 100% worth it, rear doors don't rattle much since the driver size is so much smaller. Soundskins kit just makes it easy with the precut kit but you can cheap out and probably get the same effect.@horbit so, rattle aside, are the soundskins worth it?
Also I left a 5 star review for this Soundskins product on their website with some concerns about the rear door precut being off (precut holes missing, 1cm too wide, and a wire passthrough slit location issue), they never posted the review. I have an issue with that.
