Has anyone been able to program either side mirror to tilt when reversing? I've read the manual and tried several times, and it doesn't store the setting or go back to the original stored setting.

I put the mirror select to one side, put it in reverse (foot on brake), move the mirror to the desired angle, foot off brake and reverse like normal, shift to drive, and drive off.

My reading comprehension isn't super, but what am I missing?

Really miss this feature. I need to manually lower our ORP mirror while backing into our garage.

Even our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe has this feature. Super handy for parking centering and crowding curbs.

Our $60K 4R's should all have it included. No hardware required.

I’m not sure if it’s a model specific function, but on the Pro, all you do is make sure the mirror is selected, (i.e. if you’ve pushed the right or left mirror). Then when you put it in reverse, that mirror tilts down automatically. Hope that makes sense! Does anyone have any other information regarding the difference between models?

I have the 25 ORP and can't recall this being a "where available" kind of feature in the manual. Now I need to look.

Ah, it does say if equipped. So ORP doesn't even get it.

Either left or right mirrors need to be activated for the reversing tilt to work.

It is not a feature on the ORP. Only a feature on the trims above it. I agree with what @HY80ftw said. The cameras are so good that you don't need the reverse tilt function, especially with the top view. I think these cameras work really well in inclement weather. I have a Chevy Silverado with reverse tilt mirror and in inclement weather it's hard to see both with the mirrors and rearview camera. I find parking the 4Runner so much easier.
