Finally after all this time it has arrived at the dealership this afternoon but now I cant get it until Friday, the irony. Now I have to put it on hold.
Control button and F key will bring up the find / search window in Windows. On mobile devices its tap the 3 dots upper right hand corner tap "find and replace* (don't worry you can't replace anything). Apple devices I am not sure of.
Sheets are updated daily usually around 4 am-ish. Do you know the last 5 digits of VIN? That yields solid results using the "find" feature in Google sheets

There has been movement of some TRD PROS. Several are getting to delivered to dealers right now. Mine has not moved, other have received notice of arrival beginning next week.
Ok I don't know if anyone else as noticed, but Toyota is starting to move TRD Pro's to dealer's lots. Several are now sitting on lots, likely sold or at least spoken for. The first TRD Pro I tried to put a deposit on will be delivered this week. The one I have a deposit on is still idle though.
If I were to guess you will not see dates populated on spreadsheet. You will most likely just get a call from your dealer notifying you of its arrival.
