Booked an appointment on Jan 29th.@elecfuyu Keep us posted. I’m very disappointed from the audio from the rear. I’m curious what you find out. Thank you!
In the mean time, going to test out different audio sources see if anything changes.

@Boobajoob OMG, genius! LOLCan you disable blue tooth, plug into USB and choose use as car play?
AI claims that Toyota has the subwoofer driven by the front channel and not by the rear channel, so setting fader to the rear will turn the subwoofer down, according to AI.A quick update of what I currently find.
When set fader all the way to rear, I don't hear any bass until volume around 45-50.
I've tried FM radio & Spotify via Bluetooth as that's what I have available to me. Both sources are the same result. It's like only the bass in the rear door speakers and subwoofer have been filtered out even with the infotainment bass setting maxed out. I can't find any other settings that would be causing this issue.
You might want to re-read what I did for testing.AI claims that Toyota has the subwoofer driven by the front channel and not by the rear channel, so setting fader to the rear will turn the subwoofer down, according to AI.
Stop asking AI shit lolAI claims that Toyota has the subwoofer driven by the front channel and not by the rear channel, so setting fader to the rear will turn the subwoofer down, according to AI.
Why?Stop asking AI shit lol
I read it. I’ve confirmed on my ORP: lots of bass from speakers and subwoofer via the front channel. Stuck my head in the cargo area and there’s good subwoofer volume. No subwoofer if I set to max rear channel (zero front channel)You might want to re-read what I did for testing.

I verified on my ORP that AI is correct on this.AI doesn't know everything, it hallucinates, and constantly passes along false information as truth. I use it as a tool and not a source of truth. Verify the sources it provides.
AI got that information from this thread.I verified on my ORP that AI is correct on this.
