Can confirm, here in Houston, 24-27mpg is pretty easy. Even got exactly 30.0 once. Yay no hills/mountains haha

I dont know about that. Im coming from a Gen 5 fully modded for MOAB crawling with more then 200,000 of hard off road use and not 1 single electrical or mechanical issue ever arose. FJ before that whom my friend built with over 300,000 km and same thing, no electrical or mechanical issues beyond standard wear from milage.

Also, Toyota specifically designed the Gen 6 taking into consideration that the 4runner is a heavily modded vehicle in their line up. They specifically designed the suspension to allow up to 2.5” without control arm changes and ball joint stress, they pre wired AUX systems to allow electrical upgrades and mods with their own factory fuse points and relays, they added factory threads for factory rock sliders ment for adding steel to the rig etc…

Im coming from experience here and i got to say, iv never had issues with any of my toyota rigs after mods, ever, and this Gen 6 i suspect will be no different.
U r correct. But all the thing you listed are on the higher end trim. Yes I had the Trail Hunter for that reason. And yes I have the privilege to visit and see how my Trail Hunter trim build. And yes my friend they build differently especially on the quality control side even though they build in the same plant. Sure get an SR5 and play engineer all we want 😂😂😂.

Did an Easter drive to family brunch yesterday. Got the best millage yet at 11.5L/100 km. That converts to about 20 Freedom Miles Per Gallon. Was on highway for an hour with cruise set to 110km/h

Two passengers, four 70lbs dogs, 33" tires, skid plate, no air dam...got 18.0mpg on the interstate in ECO. Since the speedo is off 5% now, that is 18.9mpg. In town I get around 17.5 (which is corrected to 18.3). At least I get more smiles per gallon now lol.

33" tires reduced my real world mpg around 1-1.5mpg.

With 91 octane (and yes I noticed a little difference compared to 87) - I sit around 20mpg. No air damn, 33 inch tires. Air intake... that's about it!

I've been doing pump tracking to be more accurate. I tried 89 and truthfully felt like the vehicle ran a little less smooth, also noticed the auto start/stop for the first time. Swapped back to 93 and now I can barely tell when it starts or stops and the vehicle drives better. Sticking with 93 from here on.

How's everyone's hybrid MPG stats looking lately?
Amazing sire. I took a trip from LA to Huntington beach 50 miles. The first 15 miles traffic as LA usual. The next 30 miles highway and the last 5 miles city. My TH has at least 300 lbs of extra weight of accessories and I still average in at 31.1 mpg. I was driving around and below 75 mph.

BTW. What is up with this forum when you allowed sponsor vendor like Wheels&feels ripping off people to be on here. I’m one of more than a dozen people are still fighting with them to get refund and money back. I send several emails to this admin and request attention to this matter.

They operated their business border line of consumer fraud. Take from Paul to pay Peter.

Please look into it and ban them from this flat form. They used the flat form to funnel revenue into their business without full fill obligation of delivery. They slow play on everything from refund and delivery products even month and month behind schedule.

19mpg total average. no air dam, have steel engine skid and step sliders. mostly eco or standard mode. stock michelin ltx trail tires. kinda surprised after reading this (and the non-hybrid) thread, i don't feel like i drive aggressively enough to get such mediocre mileage. maybe i should try running 35psi all around

Air dam removed, 275/60r20 AT tires, running 93 octane, averaging 19 mpg. Work from home, so 90% putting around town and mostly stop and go.
Circling back. Actually settled in at 18mpg. So definitely a couple mpg loss from air dam removal and upsized tires. But this is truly due to stop and go driving 90% of the time.
