Thanks for this! See what you mean now. Guess the only concern I can think of is water intrusion but probably not really an issue. Wonder if they will come out with a full set thatās purpose built. What you have there will at least hold you over until then.
Can you share a picture of the rear door lights? I like the setup but rather wait until someone comes up with a set that will include the front and rear doors perfectly to satisfy my OCD. Looks good though!
Glad to see you post! Have a blue limited on 275/60r20 and was wondering what a preload collar lift would look like. Your tire setup is about the same height as mine. Is your lift the 2.75 front/0.75 rear?
Understandable if itās not something you enjoy. Mobile detailers are charging quite a bit (~$80) where Iām at, so put on some music and do it myself. I do most things around my home anyway, unless it gets more involved, especially with electrical or plumbing. Will be flushing our tankless water...
Koch Chemie makes some good products. Iāve only tried Pol Star and so far I like it. Going to test out letting my car air dry. Youāre the second person Iāve heard mentioning that when using deionized water.
The CR Spotless and new Power Washer were my latest adds actually. But totally agree! Having good gear really adds to the pleasure. I remember simply adding an MTM gun was game changing! š Then I added the Saker dual connector (pictured) and mind blown! 𤯠š
Badass! Thanks for sharing. You have two things Iāve been thinking of getting, a reel for the power washer hose and the wall mounted vacuum. Been using a shop vac. How do you like the vacuum? Maybe eventually. Right now I have the yard hose reel taking up space and may relocate it outside.
Itās definitely worth it if you enjoy it. There are a lot of good products out there. Hereās what Iām using at the moment. Apex is a local company near me, so I like to support them and their products are very good.
Soap - Adams Mega Foam
Waterless Wash (drying aid) - Apex or Adams

Loving the 4R Limited and now finally have a proper detailing setup to routinely care for it and others. My focus has been to simplify the chemicals/towels and detailing process I use but also upscaling the hardware. I know thereās a lot of chemicals pictured but I really use about 5 routinely...
Circling back. Actually settled in at 18mpg. So definitely a couple mpg loss from air dam removal and upsized tires. But this is truly due to stop and go driving 90% of the time.
