IMO it seems like the TRD PRO, Trailhunter, Hybrid ORs get the upgraded axle at the factory.

Gas only OR means you have the other axle probably shared with the gas only SR5, TRD Sport, and possibly Limited.

Except if that was true why would I be paying for a kit that doesn't need or include the axles. Again the Tacoma has a different kit. To me the only difference between the hybrid and non hybrid would be the springs as they would need to be different on the 4runner. The Tacoma has so many variables as double cab, extra cab, different length beds and hybrid vs gas. They do not list the Pro or Trailhunter as acceptable for kits.

@EdMartinToyota - you are heroes around here. Great videos.

Now can you answer one of our current burning questions?:
Regarding the Drive Shaft Assembly/Axel that is shown in your video: We Installed a 2026 4Runner with the ALL NEW 2.5" TRD Lift Kit, and that DangitsDan gave us a photo above, and Zcmack did some PN sleuthing:
Is that part in the TRD Lift Kit for the Hybrid? (we know its in the non-hybrid kit cuz dan got one.)

Note that your web site TRD Lift Kits - Ed Martin Toyota does not list all the parts.
I'll also note that the inclusion of the beefier knuckles, extended tie rod ends, and especially the drive shaft assembly really change the value proposition for this kit vs. most aftermarket kits that use beefier shocks but don't include these key parts.

Lastly, can you open a location in the mid-Atlantic?:p My dealer quoted me an install price of $2,960 and offered a 10% discount vs. your $990.

Do you guys plan on discounting the parts kit? I have found several dealers who have the kit for around $2,600
Everyone has their own business models, and to each their own strategy.
I can only speak for Ed Martin Toyota, and we don't really want to sell these online for several reasons.
1) the box is very large and heavy (i.e. very expensive to ship and high probability of damage).
2) if a DYI'r damages an item during install, then we would have to eat the parts to take care of the customer and that's not a viable business model selling with no/little profit margin.
3) OEM warranty is only valid if installed by the dealer
4) we want the labor business, and in all fairness our labor price is discounted to $990 vs most dealers north of $2000

I hope that make sense.

Makes perfect sense. I 100% agree with that if I were someone who needed the install done for me. It is a fantastic deal.

Here is what my local Autonation franchised dealer is asking when I used their parts quote form:

They've not price matched any of the usual sellers online for other purchases I've done, like skid plates.

@MikeD Thanks for the kind words.
Here are the parts for the two lift kits for the T4R6G.
For fitmet and labor questions and compatibility, please refer to the chart on my Trail Teams website here: https://edmartintrailteams.com/trail-teams-lift-kits/
Thanks so much for engaging, Eric. Very much appreciate the data and insights you provide.
It would seem that the only difference in the two kits is the springs both front and back (and maybe some setting on the front shocks) - assumedly to account for the weight difference between the iForce Max and regular iForce trims (i.e., hybrid battery, traction motor, maybe a few other items) to achieve the spec height change. Please reply if I need to be corrected.
Thanks again.

Thanks! Do you guys know of a digital version of the install manual? Or have the torque specs you could share?
Installation guide attached.

Yep! Exactly my tohughts, weight correction is the only real difference.
