I agree and also think that's fine. I would wager that well over 90% of the lifted vehicles (4runners, tacos, jeeps, raptors, broncos, etc.) fit into this group of people that don't really need a lifted vehicle. I mean, you could take it a step further and ask why most of us aren't driving AWD...
Hopefully you figure out a reasonable rate for this procedure. The dealership that is installing my TRD 2.5" lift does the install, alignment, and TSS system recalibration for around $1k.
Originally, I was going to do this install myself and am glad I didn't. You can pick up the kit for much...
I bought 2 sets of OEM mirror caps and painted them Everest. My car does not get here until end of July so I cannot 100% confirm the paint matches. It should, but I don't want to sell without knowing for sure. If you're interested, I would sell mine to you for less than that.

If you see a 2.5" lift on any non-Trailhunter 4Runner, you will instantly see that It is quite a bit more lift than a stock TH.
In the spirit of the thread title, I guess I am kind of building my own Trailhunter-ish truck. My 2026 Everest ORP is on a ship right now with a July/August delivery...
I have a brand new 2026 Off-Road Premium 4Runner coming into Ed Martin Toyota in Indiana July 12 - August 3rd. It is having Trail Hunter wheels installed so these will be brand new take-offs. Not looking to haul them home if I don't have to. Let me know if you want to make a deal.

My build will be very close to this. My car it traveling to port and once at the dealership, it will be getting the TRD 2.5" lift, TrailHunter wheels and 285/70 R18 Open Countrys. Mine will be Everest. Your truck looks fantastic!
