Desperately seeking a passenger side A-pillar grab handle. I saw someone fitted a paracord handle but still waiting for a factory looking plastic one. Wife needs an actual handle instead of the little rock climber fingertip exerciser that Toyota installed.

a bunch of Toyotas
my SR5 is flawless, except that damn handle.

No one intuitively grabs for it the way it is designed...
the natural motion and expectation is open handle.

so yeah...if there is an OEM-ish replacement I'm on board

We (wife and I) were just talking about that useless redesigned grab handle on the passenger side, and lack of same for the driver. What designer thought that was a good idea?
I sure hope Toyota or someone in the aftermarket is working on a soon to be released mod.

I'm pretty sure there's aftermarkets for the drivers side but I haven't seen anything other than the tassle thingys for the p-side.

My wife didn't like it at first but once I added the sliders, she likes it better than if it was a handle. She steps up on the slider and using her right hand and slides right in, for me it seems awkward.

Here's a d-side

.
That looks useful.
