Underground TRD ORP Build with mods parts list & prices

Finally done! (except maybe an OTT Tune). Included a list of part numbers and sources if your planning the same mods. Did everything myself - so no labor costs. I originally had a SXTH element CAI installed as part of this build. After driving for 10 minutes I realized there’s no way in hell my wife would ever ride in the truck with me. It was way too noisy. Constant turbo whining will annoy just about anyone. I put in the K&N performance filter, and life is good…with a tiny bit more growl.

Seriously - best bang for the buck was the dynamat sound deadening . Makes a world of difference! When you shut the doors, it sounds like a BMW/Mercedes. When you turn the stereo on, it sounds like a concert hall. Here’s the link:

Amazon Basics Sound Deadening Mat, 18" x 32", 9-Piece

This was enough material to do all 4 doors, rear hatch, front floor, rear floor ( not including hybrid battery area). IMO, the roof/headliner area is not necessary, and would require extra material.

She’s pretty much a TRD Pro now…..in some aspects better than. Just missing the fake hood scoop and swaybar disconnects. Neither of which I want/need. Looks good but I think you need to research what makes a TRD Pro a TRD Pro. You've skipped on the parts that actually make the difference.

Did an acetone degrease. Then self etching primer. Then adhesion promoter. Then 2 coats matte black rim paint. Then 2 coats matte clear. All available at your local O’Reilleys, Advanced, or Auto Zone.

Whatever floats your boat. You modded a TRD Off Road. If you want to say "it is pretty much a TRD Pro" you might as well upbadge it. Whatever makes ya happy.

Is the gap from the top of the tire to the fender larger in the front? Can't tell from your pics but it looks like it. Going to do the same level but might just do the 1in.

No recalibration required. Used existing camera wire…it’s plenty long enough….but it does need to be removed from clips/tape and re-routed.
