Well....there's no way in hell that the people in the Ram RHO internet forums & message boards are anywhere near as cool as us here in the 6th gen 4Runner forum. So, there's that. I hope you factored that into your decision.
Seriously though, I wish you well with the RHO. It is an awesome...
I did XPEL Black Ceramic 15% on the driver and passenger windows. XR Black Ceramic 45% on the rear windows to get it to perfectly match the 15%. 70% on the windshield and sunroof. I attached a short one minute video if you are interested. I'm pleased with the look. Dark, but not dangerous...
I got mine last year on a Black Friday sale Toyota was having. I don't remember the exact numbers, but it was like 25% off. I paid somewhere in the low 800's. I know that's still expensive, but it will save you some pennies if you are willing to wait until the Black Friday deals start coming...
Hey Melissa. I love my OEM cast aluminum running boards, mainly for their looks. I love the TRD letters in the middle. It just goes with the TRD trims. I feel like it goes perfectly with both Underground and Black 4Runners as well. It takes a little time to get used to them. Getting out...
Yeah, it's a small complaint. My son, who is 6'1" is back there a lot. He has enough room, but a couple more inches would be nice. Not any type of deal breaker for sure. I love my 4Runner.
I've had my TRD Pro for exactly one year today (just 7,500 miles). Honeymoon phase still in effect. I'm not very mechanically inclined to do serious modifications. This was one of the reasons I got a Pro. But...I have done some small mods over the last year because....that's what we do...
In my opinion if you are able to get any TRD Pro at MSRP, you should jump on it. Doubtful you will get under MSRP on a Pro, and there are still plenty of people paying over MSRP for Pros.
Nooooooo! Here I was about to respond in a different thread that was asking 'did we make a mistake in getting the TRD Pro?' and I was about to say that you would be hard pressed to find anyone who got a Pro that wasn't happy. And then....you post this!! I love my Pro!
But seriously, you only...
@Ahmad310 your new tires look great. I've been waiting for @Everybodyduck to do the same and get rid of those city-slicker tires he has so I'll finally stop making fun of him.
Hey there, my friend. You can get some on Etsy for like $20, but I guarantee it won't be the same quality/thickness of the OEM ones you have right now. I'd just wait or get the OEM ones where the 'TRD' is grey/white. That would give you a little more 'pop'. Hope all is well with you!
