I think when done properly the inlays look good. This color scheme is solid. How hard is it to remove it if you don’t like it? If not too hard, then just go ahead and try.
I didn't do it myself. I had a place do it in Seattle. It was $800 for the front seats and $900 for the back. I didn't do the back ones. They keep the existing sits. It's just a kit that goes under the upholstery.
Looks good. We have very similar vehicles. I went with a gunmetal wheel. I like the gold on my trailhunter grill but have been debating on doing a dark gray overlay to keep inconsistent. Are you thinking about rock sliders or a roof rack?
Forty miles but it was like an hour and a half since it was rush hour traffic in Seattle. Local dealerships either didn’t have the color I wanted, couldn’t match the price and one wouldn’t even give me a price on a trade in. He told me to go to carmax and come back.
