Love the wheels. Do you happen to know the Toyota part number for the Trailhunter? I’m thinking of getting a set for the future.
Yup. You need the center caps too.

Disabled the fake engine sounds with my new Carista. I had assumed these weren't in use in Normal mode, which is the only mode I use, but the difference is noticeable. I can't believe they don't expose this option in the infotainment, because many users (including myself) see absolutely no point to it.

Finally installed a matching spare tire to the rest of my tires (285/70r17). Hangs pretty low in the factory location, but not too worried about it. Would rather have the piece of mind of a matching sized spare in case I need it.

Getting ready to spend the anniversary weekend in the mountains next week, so have been knocking things off the to-do list. A few things I got done this week:

  • Installed Meso Customs LED map and dome lights
  • Installed red rear recovery hook
  • Installed LAMTTO 360-deg 4-channel dash cam
  • Installed Racksbrax HD quick-release awning mounts

Maybe I’m just hard of hearing or something, but I swear I can’t hear any ESE in any drive mode on my TRD Pro. For it to be worthwhile, I’d expect it to sound something like how Porsche has a switch that opens a vent to let muffler noise into the cab, but that’s not fake…

The way I can tell is switching between normal and sport when going up the hill @ 25mph towards home. Very noticeable difference in sound, kinda hilarious actually.

But, there is still some ESE in Normal mode even. This became very apparent once I totally disabled ESE!
