With winter coming around and possible black Friday deals, I am looking into floor mats for my ORP Hybrid. Looking into the main differences and I really feel like it might just be price, but is there any opinions out there that might sway me one way or another?

really they are about the same. pick whichever.

there are more color choices with weathertech

there is more long term use feedback with weathertech
lasfit hasn't been in the floormat business as long as weathertech
(....I've had these WT's for 15 years and my heel did not wear a hole in them...)

I have the Lasfit mats for my Pro and really like them. I think probably a better deal than Weathertech....

Not sure of the differences, I had weathertec on my '22 Challenger and they were great. I have the lasfit for my 4R and Bronco and they are also very good, no complaints, fit perfect and much cheaper.

I’ve had weathertechs on multiple vehicles in the past. They lose their shape somewhat over time, and I don’t seem to ever be able to get them clean. Other than that they’re fine.

My trailhunter came with front and rear seat floor mats so keeping those, but ordered Lasfits for the rear. Like the idea of the velcro mats that stick to the back of the rear seats.

from history, the WT tend to be stiffer than husky's .

the lasfit seem on par or better in flexibility than the husky's

Lasfit is much better. Weathertech is hard plastic that is slippery when it gets wet.
depends on what you compare Lasfit to...

weathertech has different types of material you can order
floorliner or floorliner HP (softer)

WeatherTech FloorLiner is made of a rigid HDTE plastic, while the FloorLiner HP uses a softer, more flexible thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that feels like rubber. The FloorLiner HP also features a different backing, better performance in cold weather. Both offer custom fit, high walls, and channels to contain spills.

I’ve used Weather-Techs in my last three vehicles and have always been happy with them. Recently my wife got a set of Tux Mats for her new car and I was impressed with how much of the floor and sides they cover. So I got a F & R set for my new 6G4R ORP. Installed them the other day, they look great and cover an amazing amount of the floorboards! I did go with W-T for the rear cargo mat since they also go under the fold-up rear seats.

Just bought the lasfit. Was first apprehensive because of the over branding but they fit perfectly and the quality is outstanding. I have had weathertech and oem and I think lasfit is significantly better.

Same here. Have them in both 4Runners and had them in my 5th Gen. I'm running OE Rubber Mats in the LC and would probably get the Weather-Techs because they offer Dark Brown where the Lasfits only come in black. The OE Mats look good but definitely don't have the coverage that the Lasfits have.

My Platinum trim came with all-weather mats for everything but the cargo area.

For that I went with Weather-Tech

I have used Weather-Tech for many cars and have been happy with them. I bet the Lasfit are great as well, but I have no personal experience with them.

I have a Platinum Hybrid. I bought Weather Tech HD mats for the front and rear floor. They (the HD version) are rubber like flexible and fit really good. Im not a fan of the other non HD mats by Weather Tech. Too hard and too expensive for me. If memory is right its too slippery for the rear for other vehicles. At the time of purchase, Weather Tech did NOT make HD for the cargo area. With this in mind, I went with Lasfit TPE for the back of rear seat (vertical) and cargo area. Dont really have any complaints about either, still wish Weather Tech made HD for the Cargo area (Can buy what they dont make).
