Update: Received an email back apologizing and offering to upgrade from front/rear to the full mat set for free. I'm not a fan of games like these, and still opted for a full refund.I had pre-ordered Front & Rear mats (hybrid) at the beginning of April, was informed towards the end of April that they were delayed to May/June (received $10 refund for "my troubles"); I appreciated the refund, and there was no issue as I was still awaiting my 4Runner to arrive - I felt great about the communication.
Then I was accidentally sent non-hybrid mats at the beginning of May a few days after they notified me of the initial shipping/production delay. I brought the incorrect mats to UPS to ship back (all via email exchanges with their CS team); again, no issue, these things happen.
Then this morning, I was told they would now be shipping in late-June/early-July and that I would need to pay more to upgrade to the full kit due to "low interest" in just Front/Rear mats; absolutely unacceptable.
Suffice to say, I told them to refund my entire order — going with Weathertech fronts, waiting for 2nd row (from WT), and rocking the OEM rear all weather mat.
