how much did the roof rack affect your mpg? I get around the same mpg as you're showing !At 2k miles, removed arb roof rack. A 35 mile trip to work mostly highway at standard speeds 60-70 normal mode has to be my best record yet

I was getting 22-23 with the arb rack and 25-26 without it, plus this rare 27 if im patient.how much did the roof rack affect your mpg? I get around the same mpg as you're showing !
21.9Now that we have many owners, it'd be helpful to know what MPG you're getting. Please post your 2025 4Runner's

Stop using eco mode. It gives me over 1mpg worse on average. It's kind of a known thing with all the new toyotas including tundra andd land cruiser that eco mode isnt actually more efficient. Also this is the non-hybrid thread. There is an MPG thread for the hybrid on here too somewhere.Trailhunter
The MPG computer is incredibly erratic (and kind of scatterbrained, IMO).
Drove 2500 miles in in first two weeks, sadly. Started on 87 first few tanks because it was sworn I didn't need more. Averaged 14-17mpg.
Driving like a granny, following tips within this forum, trying to see what can be done to maximize the mpg, and it's just not very rewarding thus far.
Been using premium since the first few fill ups and it's "improved" to 18.2 mpg on eco (true calculations based on mileage and number of gallons to fill tank). Switched to normal after yesterday's fill up to see how that goes. Also - I was on empty and it took only 15.5 gallons to fill it. Not sure what to think about that.
