I painted rock chips AGAIN

POS cheap ass paint sucks ass. My lat car was a high end BMW never used paint chip paint in 6 years. Toyota 4x in 2 months with PPF on front? What is this Japanese crap? I'm told it's POS worthless EPA paint standards making this expensive shit cars crap? Really? What do need to Rhinocoat my 4runner to make it road worthy? WTF?

funny you should say that, i had roughly 5-7 chips in my paint on my 2014 over 12 yrs. maybe its the vehicles you are following or depends on how much construction debris gets left on the road or how windy a desert locale gets.

the only major rock chip i had hit on the toyota oem PPF, nice smear mark on the film but thats about it.

had one chip on the leading edge of the hood just before the oem ppf film started, not much i could do about it.

but then again, i dont drive that much, 35 miles a day (round trip @ 55mph and 75mph) x 4 days a week for work, then it sits in the garage until monday morning. once i am home we take the wifes tundra for errands to get more miles on it as it doesnt get run enough.

the tundra is 2 yrs 11 months old and it only has 18,483 miles on it
