I'd like to install rapter lights on my 4Runner, but I don't want to notch the oem fuse box cover. Is anyone making a replacement cover that can accommodate wiring passing through?

I dunno but I have raptor lights and did not notch it or anything. Just pressed hard on it and snapped into place. Yea the wire is squished underneath it a little but I mean I don’t really care. Never had anything like that go bad.

I use the 4Runner lifestyle fuse box lid as I have two wires running out of the fuse box. I think their design could use some improvement but you can make it work. One complaint I have is when you pull out one of the tabs to use a channel to route a wire out, it leaves some open space which I think leaves room for water and other stuff. So I took the tab and drilled out the top of it to reduce the open space once the wire is routed. Also, when you install and turn the fuse box lid right side up, the tabs can sometimes come loose as you are installing so you need to be careful. I electrical taped them into place as a backup.

Plus it never hurts to add a little silicone where the wire exits. Thanks for adding the link I couldn't find it. I eliminated my add a fuses by adding an Auxbeam AS-R40 RGB switch panel. Cleaned up all wiring. Mounted it on a Yota Xpedition over battery mounting bracket. Nice and clean.

I have a switch panel as well. The two wires going into my fuse box are for my kill switch (replaces starter relay) and the D+ signal wire that runs from my Bluetti Charger 2 (has to connect to fuse that comes on when car is running).

I do have one add a fuses for my panel so it's only powered in accessory mode or when it's running. I found an open spot in my passenger side fuse box. Does your charger energize only when the engine is running or can it be energized in accessory mode?

The charger runs my fridge and charges my power station while driving off the battery but it knows when the car is running so turns off and on automatically. I use their DC Hub too so I can hook quite a bit up while driving.

Sounds like a great setup!
