Now, The ride is no better, if not, worse than the factory external reservior Bilstiens, Front & rear. So, just letting you know if you are thinking of going this route.
The front lifted nearly 2-3/4 inches which is great and I also installed toytec 2" lift springs in the rear. The rear springs are noisy and I think its because the coil isnt flat wound on the top like the factory springs.
Regarding the coilovers, I`m thinking the topout bushing Fox installed on the piston shaft is limiting the travel to like 4 inches
Anyway, be cautious if your thinking about the 2.5 Fox Performance series

Did you make sure to torque all suspension bolts at ride height? If not, all of the suspension bushings are in a stressed state, which will impact the ride quality.

I'm talking about Lower control arm to frame and upper arm to frame bolts. Same with all the rear links.

What is your use case for these shocks and why did you feel you needed to upgrade from the factory Bilsteins?

Because I wanted a suspension lift with no spacers, and Fox has always had a great reputation for a good ride. In hindsight , I should have stuck with the bilsteins, and waited until Toyota comes out with a kit. Another option would have been to get the OME kit which users seem to have good reports on.

Yes, Upper & lower control arms were tightened after settling the front suspension at ride height. The only one I settled in the rear was the anti-sway bar C clamps then retightened.

Not all spacer lifts are bad. It really just depends on what you’re doing with the truck. If you just want some extra height, Peaks or Westcott is exactly what I would’ve gone with. No reason to drop a bunch of money on Fox unless you actually need what the Fox brings to the table.
From what I’ve felt, 2.5" shocks usually ride a bit stiffer than stock, kind of rough around town. But if you go ripping through washboards, the Fox will definitely outshine the factory Bilsteins. That’s where they really come alive.

Where did you get your shocks? Accutune will set them up valving and springs dependent on what you want to do with the vehicle. Had 2.5 Fox with resevoirs/DSC's and Icon UCA's on my 2021. Rode like a dream and could make it soft or stiff depending on where I was driving. It was around 9" travel each corner. Gotta remember the shocks are inboard on the arms so the travel is more than the shaft shows

This sounds more like a tire issue than a suspension issue. E-rated tires significantly affect ride quality. I am running the Fox 2.0's and the ride is night and day better than the OEM suspension.

The foam bumpstop compresses, this does not affect uptravel.

One other note - Fox does a standard tune and an HD tune with their 2.5 performance series. What are the part numbers you have installed?

I did get the standard tune for both the front and the rear. I can’t remember the part numbers off the top of my head, but I did check them when delivered.
I’ll just suck it up for right now, and wait to see what Toyota comes up with.

Yes the E loads suck. I hate them but theres not to many options for C loads in a 275 70 18 .
