Apparently you will be able to get an "Overlook Package" as an option, for only $12,452 (installation not included), you get the following:
Toyota Roof Rack by ARB
All-Weather Cargo Mat
TRD Front Skid Plate: Aluminum
Rear Differential Skid Plate
Transmission Skid Plate
Side Storage Multi Tool...
Did you make sure to torque all suspension bolts at ride height? If not, all of the suspension bushings are in a stressed state, which will impact the ride quality.
I'm talking about Lower control arm to frame and upper arm to frame bolts. Same with all the rear links.
The brakes from the GX550 will probably bolt on, they are bigger and rated for 9000lbs of towing. 13.9" rotor vs 13.3".
Just because they might bolt on doesn't mean they will work correctly with everything else.
Thanks for the part numbers! I was just adding this to my cart and looking for the part # to the Fox UCA’s for the complete package and then realized the sale ended today. Unlucky St. Paddy’s day for me. Would have LOVED to upgrade my suspension to the TRD Pro suspension, my TRD OFP suspension...
The OEM TRD Pro shocks are 2.5" internal bypass shocks with adjusters. I would say they are a step up from the 2" body Fox performance shocks.
That $2360 price is for all 4 of the OEM TRD Pro shocks. The front shocks come fully assembled with the red springs.
It doesn't look like the trail hunter stuff is on sale.
Front OME\ARB TrailHunter shock (I think this works on the left or right side)
PTR13-89250-FR
Rear OME\ARB TrailHunter shocks

PTR13-89250-RL
Front TrailHunter upper arms

I'm not sure if their is a kit part number that includes all 4 shocks, but these are the individual part numbers for the shocks, which are on sale.
Front Fox TRD Pro shocks

PTR61-89250-LF
Rear Fox TRD Pro shocks

My LC250 2.4l hybrid has this horrible shifting in low range too. I often switch to manual mode to keep the rpms down.
Manual mode also sucks because if say you're in 3rd gear and slow down, the vehicle will automatically switch back to 1st and stay there, then you have to manually switch back...
It's strange how Toyota decided to put the main bumps on the LC250/GX550, but not the 4runner.
You won't benefit anything daily driving, but they will add protection from shock and frame damage. If you add aftermarket bump stops that attatch to the bump brackets you will add comfort when...
Thanks for confirming the 4runner has the same mounting points as the LC250, I asked this in another thread and didn't get any help.

Anyway I made my own brackets to clear the oem fox shocks..
