This is from a photo shoot we did for Fox. The wheels and tires aren't what I normally run, but they're Method wheels +18 offset with Falken Wildpeak 295/70r18. This setup rubbed on the mudflaps.
I normally run factory Toyota wheels with Kenda RT 33x10.5r17, but like the look of the Methods...
Test fit some Method wheels for this photo shoot, might have to pick some up!

Correct. Last I talked to him though, his account was restricted such that he couldn't post until an admin approved. I believe the same occurred when I created my account. When Pat gets back from KOH I will ask him if he's able to make posts.
Last I emailed with him, he said that he wasn't going to stock the OE towers and use a disclaimer on his website that they need to be supplied independently. He's at King of the Hammers now. I wish the admins here would approve his account so that he can comment directly.
You think correctly. I am starting with the 8 and 8.2 because I have an SR5 and I will be regearing once I've completed this work. I will be adding info for the locking rear diff later on.
Hey guys,
I've begun putting together a repository for information related to rebuilding and regearing differentials on the 2025+ 4Runners. Currently, I have OEM partnumbers referenced in a chart on our blog which is where I brain-dump information like this. I've previously compiled info for...
Hey guys! Are any of you using a scangauge 3, ultragauge, or similar? I would like to keep an eye on a numerical value for transmission temps. I know this is possible in previous gens but have not seen any info on the 6th gen. The scangauge website is not great at listing application...
Hey @Vincenzo what are your db readings at idle and at 70mph currently? Also, what tires are you running? In my SR5 using the Niosh app on my iphone I am reading approximately 49db at idle and around 70db at 70mph. I am running Kenda RT 33x10.5r17.
If you look at the Perryparts site all of their front bumpstops price similarly at around $100. I think it is reasonable to assume that at the higher pricepoint you were told that Patrick is pricing in the OE towers and fasteners that are required for installing bumpstops into the front of a...
Not apples to apples. I commented on your other thread post. For the 6th gen I believe Perryparts will be including the OEM towers and fasteners as a package. This is probably why it will be more expensive.
Patrick at Perryparts plans to offer the bumpstops for sale with the towers and fasteners included I believe for 6th gens. This is probably why they will be more expensive when they release.
He registered to participate in the forum but I do not believe his account has been approved yet.
