BTW, if I did it again, I'd install the valve in the exact same spot, but on the passenger side, so hot exhaust isn't blowing on me when I'm filling it! Etrailer said they've move it for me, but I haven't had time to take it up there yet.

Good to know. I think I am going to do it on the hitch since my trailer etc. won't be in the way and it'll tuck nicely.

I'll be doing this with jacks in my garage. Doesn't look difficult.

My valves are in the two holes that are on either side of the hitch. Easy access.
Sounds like a good time ;) haha I got them in last night and going to install today before getting the trailer. I'm able to flatten the airbags like hotcakes so I think it'll slide in with just a little less compression on the springs. Fingers crossed!

It is my opinion only that one valve is easier to get both bags inflated evenly! I would not want to mess with separate valves for each bag, and since I only use mine for trailering, I would never have a need to have the two sides at different pressures. I have had these helping springs on all vehicles since 2010 and I have never once needed the ability for side to side differences.

I use my airbags mostly for overlanding not trailering. So I do on occasion need to adjust each side separately depending on my load. I would imagine purely for trailer you don’t need that.
