I installed the new Fox 2.5 Performance Series on the 25 orp . They feel very much like the stock Bilsteins, maybe even a bit stiffer.
Need more off road time at high speed for a little more opinion on them.

Did these lift the front over stock height?

Well, that s**ks. I have the Fox 2.5 shocks in the rear and I was trying to decide what to do in the front. The more I drive this rig (25 Hybrid OR), the more I think the solution is going to have to be rather extreme. Softer springs in the rear, no more than 600 lb/in springs in the front and very good shocks with lots of adjustment. I would only consider Fox or King front adjustable so that likely means new UCA's. This is going to cost $4k and I'm doing all the work myself.
I've heard great things about the OME MT64: https://4runner6g.com/threads/ome-mt64-suspension-6th-gen-4runner-first-impressions.1130/

Maybe you could give those fronts a try and report back, I'm starting to think we should have splurged for the mt64 all around

The rear coil springs on the 6th gen are quite firm, @alldogsoffroad mentioned in a video that when he replaced them with higher load ones the ride quality somehow got better. Not sure why the stock ones have worse ride quality and worse payload. They are much firmer than the 5th gen springs, I pressed on the bumpers of both cars side by side and the 5th gen literally bounced like 4-5x more. It was like pressing on a wooden plank vs a springboard. The 6th gen rear only moves a couple inches.

Regardless, my objective isn't to make the car ride exactly like the 5th gen, 5th gen was too soft and made me carsick sometimes with the brake dive and body roll

I really don't want that much lift and I'm really set on fully adjustable coilovers. The OME's have no external adjustment. The King external adjustment is really only a simple mid-speed adjustment, while the Fox DSC is a true Low and High speed compression adjustment. I can also adjust the preload on the Fox's so that I only get 1.5" lift, which is all I want. I ordered the Fox 2.5 Performance Elite fronts, TRD Upper control arms, and I also have the Icon progressive rear springs coming. I'll do the install, so in about a week and a half, I'll see if this was all worth it.

I just ordered Bilstein 6112/6100s so I’m hoping those will fix the ride. I considered OME MT64 but didn’t want to spend that much for something that’s mainly on road for me

I’ve had good luck softening the ride by dropping tire pressure to around 34 PSI. It won’t fix everything, but it makes a noticeable difference on bumpy roads.

Same. Also, my TPMS sensors read a few PSI low. 34 PSI per a few different gauges is 30 on the TPMS

a good high quality gauge will resolve that.

i have a spendy one and it reads xx.x psi on the gauge. as long as i set it to xx.0 psi, the tpms shows the same psi after sitting in the garage over night.

just be mindful that the ambient temp when you fill affects the psi. i have mine filled at 40F and they will read higher than 33 psi at 70F.

but i am thinking of setting them to 34 or 35 psi since i am still trying to get these tires to not shudder at 33 psi.

not sure if its a bad batch of tires or i cant find a decent shop to balance them. already tried 2 shops.

I used 3 different gauges (analog and digital) and they were all right on 34 PSI. The only one reading differently was the TPMS which is odd, but within the acceptable range according to Service department. I have never seen that in any other vehicle I’ve owned and let them know. They didn’t seem to care.

thats odd on why yours is off by that much.

if it gets closer to 40F the psi gauge on the 4R shows 33 psi, but around 70F + its 34 psi and driving at 75 mph it jumps to 35 psi

i check it regularly since im trying to figure why i still have a slight shake when i start and by the time it get to town it goes away (15 mile trip)

and usually just flick over to display screen 2 which i have the psi mini display bar set on it to check psi on the tires.

check the psi and flick back to screen 1 with the hybrid motor and mpg gauge
