Saw this stock 6th gen TRD Pro posted with Falken Wildpeak AT4W 285/70/18 tires (no lift). The owner Christopher M. said:

285/70/18 are just right on the 6th. No removing of the "crash bar" nonsense to fit tires that don't fit. All fender liners intact. The faintest of rub on the fender liner if turning and hitting a dip at line 5-10mph - but so minor it's not even worth adjusting (removing or cutting) the liner. (y)

The spare tire is still OEM tire, however.

Just FYI a TRD PRO is lifted approximately 2 inches higher that a TRD ORP. So, to get this look you would need a Peak lift or Westcott design lift to get that look.
I’m running same size tire but different wheel with no lift or level although I am going to level mine for aesthetics and I have TRD Sport Premium

Loving it. When my tires are done on the Trailhunter, I'll switch to those, they look great!

Looks great - still leaning toward Nitto recon grappler 295/70/18 SL when I make it happen in a few months.

Waiting on someone to figure out how to rearrange the spare to fit a larger tire so I am not completely SOL when I inevitably get a flat.

Hmm.... I know there is a difference but I don't think its 2".
From Toyota site specs:
Overall height (does not include roof rails or roof rack) :
ORP iForceMax: 73.6"
TRD Pro & Trailhunter: 74"

This matters to me because I am contemplating the 285/70R18s for my ORP and have convinced myself they will fit using the +45 offset TRD Flat Black wheels. Convinced, in part, by this: Fitting 35" Tires on a STOCK 2025+ 4Runner. I've asked elsewhere about the detailed differences between the ORP and Pro, but so far I can only surmise that the shocks and springs on Pro & THunter account for the .4" difference in height (tires are the same size). (I'm not sure how the curb weight difference plays in here (ORP 5225: +275# for THunter; +235# for Pro) - but its mostly suspension part weight (including stabilizer bar disconnect mechanism and the beefier shocks) because everything else is the same between ORP and PRO - RIGHT??)

Would very much like to know the facts on suspension differences before I pull the trigger on tires so tossing out these facts in the hopes of hearing more facts from folks who know more than I do.

Will also note that the OPs 285/70R18 Falken Wildpeak AT4W are true 34" diameter tires vs the usual dimension of 33.7" for 285/70R18. At least that is what the spec sheets I've found say. That .3" could make the difference for the possible .4" difference between ORP and PRO.

This shows the height of all models. The TRD off road premium is less then a half inch different then the pro;

Thanks Bob.
That is the site I was using to quote the numbers in my post above:
"From Toyota site specs:
Overall height (does not include roof rails or roof rack) :
ORP iForceMax: 73.6"
TRD Pro & Trailhunter: 74" "

Specs also available here: 2025 4Runner Specs Product Info

Not really sure why ChatGPT would be trusted over the Toyota site. (My experience is that you can learn things quickly from AI summaries but really need to verify every detail cuz they will mix and match "facts" from whatever they scrape)

And I'm still looking for insight on exactly how the PRO and TH get that extra .4" vs. the ORP - slightly longer shock/spring height assumedly??
After I posted above I realized that the ground clearance on the Off-road trims is 9.1" vs 10.1" for the PRO/TH. And that might also play into tire/wheel fitment without changes to the body or suspension... But perhaps this topic needs its own thread so I can be appropriately educated on the differences.
In any event, I've ordered the TRD Flat Black wheels (18x8, +45 offset) and plan to order 285/70s (33.7") tires with every hope that no lifting or cutting will be needed.
Thanks to all who weigh in.

I think ground clearance has something to do with the control arms. I'm not sure what else it could be.

I can confirm they will fit without issue on the ORP with the +45mm TRD black wheels. I have that exact setup. No crash plate removal. No rubbing. I have a 3/8” Greenlane strut spacer but I don’t believe that would have changed anything without it.
I also have the same size spare fit in the undermount cradle (some mods required).
I did the same research on actual tire sizes and weights and went with the K03s.

Thanks Ruts - much appreciate the confirmation that it will work. Guess I could add the spacer if needed (that spacer size (.75") is perfect). And the tire choice is one I've been considering.
Looks great. Thanks again.
