    Just look at the sidewall close to the rim lip. You'll see DOT and 4 numbers. The first two are weeks so mine is 2225 which means 22nd week of 2025 which is the second two numbers 25

    If you guys look at the actual recall it is only for tires with the DOT in January 2025. Mine are on the list but the DOT is 2225 which is in May, So no issues with mine

    Just dump in 6 quarts and call it a day. .1 quarts in an engine isn't hurting anything!

    Buy a can of brake cleaner. spray the spots heavy and dab them dry with a clean rag.

    He is absolutely not lying. I just gave mine a look and found some a little farther down, It's something they use at the pinch welds and cavities for rust prevention. No worries actually a good thing.

    Check your brake fluid reservoir. That sure looks like hydraulic fluid. it's too clear to be motor oil.

    I think ground clearance has something to do with the control arms. I'm not sure what else it could be.

    Sounds like possibly brake fluid, Check around rear calipers.
